From the diff itself, I did not find big issues. Good job @maiska for that huge work, it's impressive.
I did not check the rendering when it was trivial, for biggest changes including indentation rework, I verified it looked correctly.
However, I crawled the documentation on the testing website, following links for a while a bit randomly, I only found a html left-over at the end of https://current-qubes-docrtd.readthedocs.io/en/rtd-deploy-pr/user/templates/windows/migrate-to-4-1.html

Fixed some issues that were fixable in mardown and listed in #1367.
This pull request should ease up and eliminate a lot of small annonying errors when converting
